Skylights in kitchen and bathroom boast natural light. Relax on the backyard deck with mature maple, poplar, and cedar trees surrounding you. Walking distance to 3 major bus lines to downtown. Owner lives downstairs in a separate unit and has a sweet border collie named Bugs.

The Space

You will be staying in the upstairs of a colonial cottage built in 1937, roughly 800 square feet. There are seven steps up to the front door, so it is not ADA accessible. As you enter through the front door, you will walk in to the living room. The arched hallway leads you to the bathroom and two bedrooms on the right, and kitchen on the left. There are hardwood fir floors throughout the living room and bedrooms and tiled kitchen and bathroom. Skylights are in both the kitchen and bathroom. The backdoor from the kitchen leads to a deck with outdoor table and chair set and charcoal barbecue.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds, ample closet space and extra blankets and towels. One of the bedrooms has a dresser with plenty of storage space for clothes. The other has a small desk for a workspace.
